1 boneless skinless turkey breast (2-3 pounds) or 2 turkey tenderloins 1 large onion, chopped 3 cloves of garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dried rosemary 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups orange juice
Toss onion into a 4-quart crock pot. Combine garlic, rosemary, pepper and salt in a small bowl. Slice raw turkey 3/4 way through at 2 inch intervals. Rub turkey with garlic mixture, make sure to get in between slices as much as you can. Place turkey in crock pot on top of the onions, sliced side up. Pour juice over the top. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
I served it with rice and green beans, and it was a major hit!
