For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows grace and favor and glory - honor, splendor and heavenly bliss! No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.

Way Back When-endsday

I specifically remember this day, because I think it was the first day that I decided to be brave and take the girls over to my parents house by myself. They were 6 months old, and yes, it took me that long to get brave enough to pack them into the car by myself. I think the only reason I was able to do it at all was because my parents were very supportive and assured me that there were 2 pairs of helping hands on the other side. Thank you so much Mom & Dad! You guys are the greatest!

If you'd like to participate in Way Back When-endsday, head on over to Twinfatuation!

Mark it on your calender! The first Mystery Spice Monday is this coming Monday the 9th!

Look how ready and adorable they are! I'll bet Grandma and Grandpa DID greet them with such open arms. :) Good for you for being brave and doing it!

Thanks so much for playing along with Way Back When-esday, Amy!

Pretty in pink, indeed! Love their eyes and smiles!

Hubby left on a pre-planned trip just hours after we got the twins home from the NICU. Needless to say, that built up my confidence pretty quickly (in his defense, I told him I could handle the babies alone). We did just fine that night and have been on-the-go ever since!

It ALWAYS helps to know you have helpers on the other side! :)
