Otherwise...I agree with Olga - Cook it upside down.<br />Otherwise, don't sweat it; it's really not that hard. Just make sure you get it out early enough to thaw. And baste it a lot.<br /><br />Those are some tips I can think of. Also, I always use a turkey bag. It's the plastic bag that you cook the turkey in. It really helps with the mess! Good luck.
